Throughout my career in content, I've spent plenty of time tackling the challenge of coaching others to create great content. As a result, what I bring to every project is a strategic approach and seasoned methods and tools that are transferrable to all domains. As a leader, I believe that shared and consistent methods and resources are key to influencing as a content team. Further, I've experienced what's possible when team members are happy and thriving, so I strive to build strong relationships and trust within teams along with balanced competencies and strengths to best position the team for success.
